Luminous Group Consulting is a new breed of business consultancy that offers
strategic planning, organizational development, and technology consulting as one
integrated set of services. We do this for a very particular reason: businesses

Our practice-based work at Luminous focuses on the relationship between

toward with our academic and research colleagues is the development of a new
genus of inter-discipline, one that unifies the intrinsic aspects found in any
modern professional entity: strategy, organization, and technology. We call this
discipline “
Organizational Computer Interaction” (OCI). OCI is analogous
to Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), but with a broader remit. Where HCI
addresses the issue of the relationship between a person and a computer, the
proposed inter-discipline addresses the challenges of organizational
self-awareness and evolution through integration of the aforementioned aspects.
